Crest has commenced discussion with West Sussex County Council and Horsham District Council on the potential uses and management structure for the community spaces and building. There is the opportunity for the delivery of the building to come forward should its future management/maintenance be secured.
The land for the retail units will be available for development in 2020. Delivery of the retail units will be led by interest from commercial occupiers.
Crest Nicholson are currently working with Horsham District Council to develop a design brief for the proposed neighbourhood centre.
